OKLAHOMA CITY – Mr. Reginald Blue Page III, 46 of Oklahoma City and formerly of Sapulpa, died Monday at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at South Heights Cemetery with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home of Sapulpa.

The casket will be closed at the service.

Mr. Page was born in Sapulpa on Aug 23, 1941, and had lived in Oklahoma City several years. He was a member of the Missionary Baptist church and was disabled.

Survivors include his wife, Judith Ann of Oklahoma City, his mother, Helen Ockerman of Kiefer, son, Ben of Oklahoma City, daughter, Vivian of Oklahoma City, brother Donald of Sapulpa, and sister, Roberta Moss of Tulsa.
