Former Sapulpan Don Oliver, 48, of Leadville, Colo., died Friday in Denver.

A memorial service is scheduled for 7 pm Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Oliver was born April 9, 1942, in Sapulpa. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1960 and moved to Leadville in 1962. He was a member of Ridgeway Baptist church, the Elk's Lodge, the Eagles, and the V.F.W.. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include mother Evelyn Oliver of Leadville; and brothers Gary Oliver of Carbondale, Colo., and Michael Oliver of Tifle, Colo.
