Lloyd A. Norris, 69, of Kiefer, died Saturday at his home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Monday at Evangelistic Tabernacle, 531 N. Ridgeway, with Rev. Woody Jenkins and Rev. James Jackson officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Aug. 30, 1923 in Coweta. A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, and a retired construction worker. Norris married Helen Lytle in 1940.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; son, Calvin Dwayne Norris of Kiefer; daughters, Normal Lackey and Glenda Wells of Kiefer, and Jeannie Shelton of Spavinaw; brothers, Lester and Bobby Lee Norris of Tulsa; 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Lloyd A. Norris were held this morning at 10:30 in the Evangelistic Tabernacle with Rev. Woody Jenkins and Rev. James Jackson officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casket bearers were Ron Laird, Danny Barrick, Brett Bowling, Kyle Ragland, Perry Hudson, and Harley Donaldson.

Honorary casket bearers were David Norris, John Shelton, Jerry Shelton, Brad Shelton, Chris Ford and Danny Lackey.

Norris, a longtime Kiefer area resident, died Saturday morning at his home in Kiefer.
