Dorothy Miriam Cornelius Martin, 72, Tulsa, died Friday, Oct. 27, 1995, at Southern Hills Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Wedgewood Chapel of Tulsa First Baptist Church with Dr. Warren Hultgren officiating. Interment will be in the Sapulpa Cemetery with Smith Funeral Home of Sapulpa in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Martin was born Dec. 3, 1922 in Tulsa and lived in Chickasha prior to moving to Tulsa in 1945. She was the owner of A-A Uniforms and was a member of Tulsa First Baptist Church where she was active in the church choir.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by three daughters, Martha Luke of Tulsa, Joanna Gleason of Lyons, CO and Dotty Merrill of Reno, NV.

Survivors include two brothers, John Cornelius of Lawton and Danny Cornelius of Cloverland, CO; two sisters, Francis Green of Denver, CO and Helen Marter of Tulsa; and one granddaughter.

The family requests memorials be made to the DaySpring Villa or the First Baptist Church library.

Casket bearers were Roger Blanton, Lloyd Satterwite, Jerry Dillon, Bill Ellason, Stan Brassfield, Dr. Bill Hall, Claude Johnson and Jack Wall.
