Mr. Charles E. Lobaugh, 69, of Route 4 died Wednesday in Sand Springs after an apparent heart attack.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jonas Partridge officiating.

Burial will be in Chelsea Cemetery, Chelsea, Okla.

Mr. Lobaugh was born June 25, 1919. He moved to Sapulpa from Oilton 30 years ago.

He was a member of the Sapulpa Veterans of Foreign Wars and served in the Army during World War II.

Mr. Lobaugh was ranch hand supervisor for the Ballard Brothers Ranch, located north of Sapulpa.

No survivors are known.
