Joe E. Kight, 56, of Beggs, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004.

He was born Sept. 3, 1948 in Vian to Earnest and Tessie (Smith) Kight. He worked as a Lineman Foreman for O G,&E and loved to restore old cars and work in the yard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Denis Kight and brother Glen Kight.

He is survived by his daughter Kathy Joe Kight, of Okmulgee; son Dwight Kight and wife Shari, of Guymon; sister Wanda Landrum and husband Billy, of Bixby; and four grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2004 at the Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta under the direct of McClendon-Winters Fun( Home in Beggs. There will no visitation.
