ELIZABETH KATZ

Former Sapulpan Elizabeth Katz, 93, of Tulsa, died Wednesday in Tulsa.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday at Green Hills Memorial Chapel.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She married Sigmund Katz on Sep 23, 1926, in Oklahoma City and lived in Sapulpa for 55 years. She was a teacher and a case worker for the Department of Public Welfare. She moved to Tulsa six years ago and was a member of PEO Chapter G. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989.

Survivors include daughters Patty Hager of Tulsa and Sydney Farris of Denton, Texas; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family request no flowers.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mrs. Katz, a former Sapulpan, died Wednesday in Tulsa.
