BILLINGS, Mont. -- Mrs. Darwin (Frankie) Jackson, 45, of Worden, Mont., died Oct. 30 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Billings.

Memorial services will be 1 pm Thursday at First Baptist Church, Kellyville, Okla., with Pastor Mark Ely officiating.

Burial will be in Talihina, Okla.

Survivors include husband Darwin Neal; sons Charles Harry Wesly Collins Jr. of Port Allen, La., Timothy LeRoy COLLINS of Baton Rouge, La; daughters Annie Collins KIMBLE and Kathrine Marie Collins, both Billings; mother Cora M. WILLIAMS of Tulsa; brothers Michael Ray Williams and Daniel Franklin Williams Jr., both of Tulsa, Charles Ellis Williams of Gardenia, Calif.; sisters Anna Jo ADAMS of Kellyville, Janice Marie COATES of Luther, Okla., Alice Jane FOSTER of Tecumseh, Okla., Evelyn Williams KELSEY of Tulsa; one grandchild.
