Welch, Okla. - Graveside services for Orville J. Humphrey, 78, Welch, Okla., were Saturday at Lake Creek Cemetery,  Bartlett, Kan., with the Rev. Ken Bryant officiating.

Burial was under the direction of Thomas Funeral Home, Welch.

Mr. Humphrey died Wednesday at his home.

He was born Aug 1, 1908, in Hollow District, Indian Territory.

He was a farmer and worked for Barren Oil Company in Arabia. He was baptized in the United Brethren Church and was proceded in death by one brother.

Survivors include sons James of Coffeyville, Kan., Mike of Guthrie, Okla. and Donald of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughters Joan Lopez of Phoenix, Ariz., Sheron Eads of Commerce, Okla., Cathy Reavis of Sapulpa, Carol Decker of Conifer, Colo., and Gail Hallock of Dallas; sister Lucille Riddle of Ketchum, Okla; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
