T. B. Hughes, 47, St. Joseph, Mo., died Saturday, Jan. 14, 1995 in Midway, Ark.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kirby Chapel. Burial will be at Kirby’s Tucker Memorial Cemetery, directed by Kirby and Family Funeral Directors, Mountain Home, Ark.

He was born June 16, 1947 in Alamo, Tenn., to Jessie E. and Elbert Cathey Hughes.

He was a retired boiler maker.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Gutherie Hughes of St. Joseph; his mother Elberta Hughes, Midway; four daughters, Danielle Black, Ashley Vice, Kayla Vice, Sandra Vice, all of St. Joseph; five sisters, Bettie Hooner, Margarett Lewis, both of Midway, Jettie Melton, Doris Winslow and Eddie May Mace, all of St. Joseph; and nine granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jessie Hughes, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Maves, Harvey Hughes, Howard Clark, J.C. Riddle, Jim Crist and Donnie Propes.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
