Mary Hughes Dies Sunday

Mrs. Mary Hughes, 86, died Sunday night at Arnold's Nursing Home, where he had made her home the past years.

Mrs. Hughes was born Sept. 20, 1883 in Missouri and came to Sapulpa with her husband shortly after statehood. Her husband, James M. Hughes, died in 1958. She was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Her survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral rites will be at 10 am Wednesday at South Heights Assembly of God Church. The Rev. E. R. Roberts will officiate. Interment will be in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
