Hazel Leona Hilliard, 89, died Friday at the Grove General Hospital.

Funeral services were to be at 2 pm today at the Council House Friends Church with Rev. Darwin King officiating.

Burial was to follow at the Council House Cemetery under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Hilliard was born on Nov 18, 1905, to Allen and Delilah Sribner Prettyman in McDonald County, MO.

Hilliard married Fred Hillard Sr. on Sep 1, 1923 in Crownburg, KS. She was a member of the Holiness Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Linda McKibben.

She is survived by sons Fred Hilliard Jr. and Truman Hilliard, both of Wyandotte; daughters Freda Miller of Wyandotte, Maedine Hicks of Sapulpa, and Donna Jackson of Grove; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
