Lillie Jane HICKS, 78, 8020 W. 61st St., died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1995 at St. John Medical center in Tulsa.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Pratville Church of Christ with the Rev. Chuck Forsythe officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Cherokee County, directed by Owen Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 27, 1916 in Hulbert to James and Nancy Collins ADAMS.

She married Delford HICKS in Tahlequah on March 24, 1948.

She was a private duty nurse and was a foster parent. She moved here from Tulsa 34 years ago. She was a member of the Prattville Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, James HICKS, Bristow, and John HICKS, Stillwater; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1991.

Casket bearers will be David HICKS, Dean BIRD, Lonnie MEADS, Wayne GILLIAM, Floyd BIRD will be honorary casketbearer.

The family will headquarter at 8020 W. 61st Street.
