Mary E. "Mounce" Hiatt, 94, of Bristow, died Tuesday in Bristow.

Services are to be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the First Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Jackson officiating.

Burial is to follow in the Magnolia Memorial Gardens under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home.

Hiatt was born Sept. 22, 1899 in Ripley County, MO. She first moved to Slick in 1925 from Corning, AR and also lived in Tuskegee for about 30 years before moving to Bristow. She married Ralph J. Mounce in Ripley County, MO in 1918. He preceded her in death on April 7, 1955. She later married William C. Hiatt on Feb. 3, 1965 at Bristow, who preceded her in death on March 6, 1991. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Bristow, the V.F.W. and the Laies' Auxiliary. She attended schools in Missouri and was a homemaker.

She is survived by sons Joe Mounce, Bueford Mounce and L. O. "Cotton" Mounce, all of Bristow; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Memorials may be made to the Bristow First Free Will Baptist Church building fund.
