Marshall L. Herrington, 79, formerly of Arkansas City, Kansas, died Sunday at his home in Sapulpa.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Maple City Cemetery in Maple City, Kansas, under the direction of Hawks Funeral Home.

Herrington was born September 1, 1912, and was a farmer.

Survivors include a son, Michael Herrington of Eugene, Oregon; step-daughters, Hila Lewis, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Diane Christner, Wagoner, daughter-in-law, Doris Wood of Sapulpa; brother, Wayne Herrington of Arkansas City, Kansas; sisters, Lorene Lenden of Topeka, Kansas, and Anna Belle Krouse, of Pleasant Home, MO.; three grandchildren.
