HENSON, Vilous Lawrence "Larry"

Vilous Lawrence "Larry" Henson, 63, 611 S. Hickory, died Friday, Oct. 28, 1994 at St. John Medical Center. 

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at South Heights Chapel with the Rev. Millard McGuire officiating. 

Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home. 

Henson was born Nov. 3, 1931 in Slick to Anderson and Laura Ann Yingling. He served in Korea in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired after 24 years of service with Sheffield Steel in Tulsa. He was a member of Westside Freewill Baptist Church. He had lived in Sapulpa since 1986. He married Mary Sue Carr on Dec. 21, 1987. 

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Trula Barton, Romaine Cochran and Louise Cochran. 

Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue, of the home; a son, Roger "Andy" Taylor, Euless, Texas; and a sister, Frances Vaughn, Sapulpa. The family will headquarter at 424 N. Brown, Sapulpa.
