HENSHAW, Bette Mrs. Roley (Bette) Henshaw, 68, 1125 E. Hobson, died Wednesday at Hillcrest Medical Center, Tulsa. Services will be 11 am Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Revs. George Jessie and Clyde Leslie officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens. She was born Aug 22, 1920, in Sasakwa, Okla., and was a Sapulpa resident since 1946. Mrs. Henshaw was a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church, Women's Army Corp veteran of World War II, Gold Star Mother of the DAV Auxiliary and had worked for the Creek County Election Board and Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. She was preceded in death by two sons, Larry and Steven. Survivors include husband Roley; son Tom; daughters Sharlotte Riggle, Lucy Sharp and Bettye Redding; brother John Porter; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
