SERVICES MONDAY FOR EGBERT HEDGE

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 pm at the Dunaway Funeral Chapel for Egbert Hedge, 84, long-time local resident, who died Friday morning at Bristow Memorial Hospital.

Born at Ft Smith Ark. July 26 1880 Hedge has been a resident here since 1921. He was a retired Minister and Farmer. He was a member of the First Church of God.

Survivors include his five daughters, Fredda Hedge, Tulsa Okla, Mrs Violet KARCHER, Shawnee Okla., Mrs Esther HILTERBRAN, Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs Ella STANTON of Lost Hills Calif, Mrs Abbie SMIDTH of Ventura Calif. ; two sons Marshall and Marcus both of Ventura Calif, two sisters; Ella Ann and Edda Ray both of Santa Barbara, Calif one brother Sherman Hedge Oklahoma City, Okla, 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

[Note by submitter - Egbert Hedge died July 2 1965 and is buried at Magnolia Memorial Cemetery at Bristow, Creek Co. OK. Laura J. SENEY was the mother of Egbert Hedge. She died June 11 1943 and is buried at Bristow City Cemetery formerly known as Oaklawn Cemetery.]
