Elmer U. G. Hawkins, 69, of Sapulpa, died Thursday.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Monday, at the Glenwood Assembly of God Church in Sapulpa with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs, under the direction of the Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service.

Hawkins was preceded in death by his wife, Mavis, and by a brother, Carl Dayton Hawkins. He is survived by a son, Wayne, of Sand Springs; sisters, Olita Richardson of Springdale, AR, and Shirley Curtis of Rogers, AR; and four grandchildren.
