Elaine Harper, 74, of Sapulpa, died Wednesday at Broken Arrow Medical Center.

Services are pending under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Jan. 22, 1919, in Clafland, Kan. A Sapulpa resident since 1944, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Sapulpa Historical Society, Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, Sapulpa Women's Chamber of Commerce and the Thakatria Study Club. She was a retired bookkeeper from Circle C Corporation.

Survivors include son, Jon Harper of Broken Arrow; daughter, Judy Dillard of Dallas, Texas; sister Isabelle Ruble of Moore; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm, Friday at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Price officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
