Ex-Kellyville Resident Dies

Funeral services for Gaylon Hansford, former Kellyville resident, were held this week in Lawton.

Burial with military honors for the retired Army master sergeant was in the Fort Sill post cemetery.

Hansford died Sep 27 in Winfield, Ala., he grew up in Kellyville and has lived in Lawton since 1933. He retired from the Army in 1955 and had worked in civil service at Fort Sill 18 years.

He is survived by his widow Frances, a son, two daughters, a brother and two sisters including Ertis mason of Tulsa.
