Mary Agnes Atterbury Hankes, 80, 404 S. Poplar, died Thursday at her home.

Services are to be held 2 pm Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with E. K. Ritchie officiating.

Burial is to follow at the Bristow City Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Hankes was born Dec 23, 1912 in Bristow and lived in Sapulpa for many years. She was a retired R.N. having worked at Bartlett Memorial Medical center and other hospitals in this area.

She is survived by step-children Earl Hankes, Oren Hankes and Dorothy Zykowski, all of Sapulpa and Jim Hankes of Austin; sister Elanna Crawford of Bristow and three nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
