Bobby Lee Hamilton, 59, Route 2, Box 231, died Monday in Sapulpa.

Funeral arrangements are pending with Owen Funeral Home.

He was born March 3, 1934 in Warner. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a retired drilling foreman for ARCO Oil and Gas. He moved to Sapulpa in 1974 from Gainesville, Texas. He was affiliated with the Baptist Church.

Survivors include wife, Celeste; daughter Michele Cooper of Glenpool; brothers D. W. Hamilton of Edmond, Earl Hamilton of Wilburton and Murel Hamilton of Sulphur; sister Marjorie Miller of Harrah; and one grandchild.

Funeral services for Bobby Lee Hamilton are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen and Jim Edelman officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral home.

Casketbearers will be Sonny Elliott, Benny Hufft, Mack Meadows, Eddie Genzer, Jim Edelman and Jerry Ross.

Honorary bearers will be David Cox, Walter Griggs, Jim Genzer, Roy Tucker and Sonny Miller.

Hamilton, 59, died Monday in Sapulpa.
