Mr. Anthony Dean Frazee, 20, died Saturday at his home east of Sapulpa.

Cause of death is being investigated by the medical examiner.

Funeral services are pending with Owen Funeral Home.

He was born March 29, 1967, in Sapulpa and lived here all of his life.

He was employed by HADDCO of Tulsa, as a sheet metal worker.

Survivors include father Carl of Sand Springs and mother Leta Richie of Sapulpa; grandparents George and Louise Perkins of Sapulpa, and Edna Palmer of Glenpool; brothers James Sean Richie and Robert Ray Richie, both of Boise City, Okla., and Carl Michael Frazee of Borger, Texas; and sister Carla Frazee of Tulsa.

Visitation hours will be announced at a later date.

FRAZEE

Graveside services for Mr. Anthony Dean Frazee will be 10:30 am Tuesday at Sunrise Cemetery, west of Kellyville, with the Rev. Jack Lister officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen funeral Home.

Mr. Frazee, a lifelong resident of Sapulpa, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

The body will lie in state at the funeral home until 9:30 am Tuesday.
