RONALD FOLGER

G. Ronald Folger, 74, Sapulpa, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Services will be 11 am Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Charles Jackson officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery.

Mr. Folger was born Sep 20, 1915, in Henderson, Ill. He graduated from Kiefer High School in 1935, and was also a graduate of the Southwestern State School of Horology.

He lived in Sapulpa and Kiefer most of his life. He worked for Gulf Oil Co., was a Sapulpa jeweler and retired from American Airlines.

He was a member of First Christian Church, Kiefer Masonic Lodge, National Rifle Association, American Horological Society, United Watchmakers Association, and served in the Seabees during World War II.

Survivors include wife Virginia; brother Derv Folger of Sapulpa; three nieces and one nephew.

Mr. Folger will lie in state until 1 am Monday, and the casket will not be opened during the service.

Services for George Ronald Folger were today at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Charles Jackson officiating.

Burial was in South Heights Cemetery.

Casket bearers were Brian Cleveland, Frank McCracken, Glenn Wilson, Tom Turner, Jerry Naifeh and Jim Brown.

Honorary casket bearers were J. C. Taylor, Ralph Frankfather, Phillip Naifeh, Vernon Moore, Sam Naifeh, Ted Williams, J. V. Lancaster, Amin Naifeh, Floyd Walker, Harold Hinderer, Buck Hupman, Elnor Dillman and W. S. Davis.

Mr. Folger, a resident of the Kiefer-Sapulpa area most of his life, died Friday in Tulsa.
