Services for Stephanie Ann Ellis, a 9-month-old daughter of Wayne and Cyndy Ellis of Sapulpa, are scheduled for 10 am Monday at Carbondale Bible Church, 2805 W. 48th, Tulsa.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens with arrangements by Heath-Griffth Funeral Home of Tulsa.

Stephanie Ann died Friday. She was born on Nov 24, 1986, in Tulsa.

Besides her parents, survivors include one brother, Daniel of the home; maternal grandparents, Harry and Ferris Ann Ashworth of Tulsa; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Harry L. Ashworth Sr. of Carmi, Ill.; paternal grandparents, Calvin and Hazel Ellis of Sapulpa; paternal great-grandparents, Harvey and Letha Ellis of Sapulpa.
