BRISTOW — Ruby Lou Dotson, 86, of Bristow died Tuesday.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at Freewill Baptist Church, Bristow, with the Revs. Gene Jackson and Waldo Young officiating.

Burial will be in Magnolia Memorial Gardens, Bristow, under the direction of Hutchins-Maples funeral Home, Bristow.

She was born Oct 2, 1902, in Spokane, Wash., and moved to Bristow from Southhaven, Kan., in 1920.

Mrs. Dotson was a homemaker and a member of Freewill Baptist Church and the Women’s Auxiliary at the church.

She married George Dotson April 11, 1920, in Broken Arrow. He preceded her in death in 1975.

Survivors include sons Bob Dotson of Borger, Texas, Billy Gene Dotson of Tulsa, and Earnest Dotson of Bristow; daughters Lois Coffman of Cushing, Okla., Lorraine Kerley of Castle, Okla., Lorraine Kerley of Castle, Okla., and Beulah Armitage of Sapulpa; sisters Winnie Dutton of Arlington, Texas, Rose Patterson of Arkansas, and Irene Daughtrey of Willington, Kan.; 30 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
