Services for Steven Dean Dismuke, 44, Tulsa, have been scheduled for 10:00 am Saturday at the Epworth United Methodist Church with the Rev. Roy Pike officiating.. Dismuke died Wednesday in Tulsa.
He is survived by wife, Janet, of the home; daughters Cathy and Valkerie Dismuke; mother Alma Colman; brother David Dismuke, sisters Ann Garrett and Helen Pals; all of Tulsa.
Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
