Mrs. Roy (Melba) Dickens, 83, 1500 S. Main, died Tuesday at home.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Nov 19, 1905 in Sapulpa, and lived here all her life. Mrs. Dickens was a member of the First Christian Church and the Tibbens Home Demonstration Club.

She was the widow of Roy Alston Dickens.

Survivors include daughter Mrs. Archie (Margie) Sechrest of Sapulpa; sons Donald of Weatherford, Texas and Daryl of Houston; twin sister Mildred Crowder of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 1500 S. Main.
