GEORGETOWN, TEXAS — Mr. George Colville Croston, 82, of Georgetown, Texas, died Tuesday of an apparent heart attack in his home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, with the Rev. James A. Mahon officiating.

Burial will be at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Georgetown, under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.

Mr. Croston was a retired executive manager with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wichita, Kan.

Survivors include wife, Dorothy; son Michael of Pompano Beach, Fla.; daughters, Mrs. Sandra Illig of Georgetown and Nannette of New Braunsles, Texas; brother Millord of Ruidoso, N. M.; sister-in-law Mildred of Sapulpa and 4 grandchildren.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian church building fund in Georgetown or the River Gardens LTD. In New Braunsles.
