EARL CRAWFORD

Earl (Pappy) Crawford, 97, 512 N. Ross, died Sunday.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Revs. Lonnie Hall and Sam Gober officiating.

Burial will be a Green Hills Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sep 26, 1892 in Wheeling, W. Va. and had lived in Sapulpa since 1914.

Mr. Crawford was a World War I U.S. Army veteran and worked for Braden Winch Company for 20 years before retiring in 1962. He married Pearl Fowler on April 13, 1929, in Bentonville, Ark.

Survivors include wife Pearl; daughter Maxine Carter of Sapulpa; step-son George May of Kellyville; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
