Patricia Ann Crawford, 45, Kiefer, died Thursday, May 25, 1995 at Hillcrest Medical Center.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church of Kiefer with the Rev. Randy Mashburn officiating. Mrs. Crawford will be cremated. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Sept. 10, 1949 in Henryetta.

Survivors include her mother, Kathryn Louise Crawford, Okmulgee; a daughter, Pam Slaton, Kiefer; two sons, Tim Reed, Mounds, and Jeff Reed, Tulsa; two brothers, Mike Raefield and Johnnie Bennett; a sister, Judy Stewart; and three grandchildren.
