Loyd Wayne Cox, 47, 806 N. Main, died Tuesday, Nov 29, 1994 at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 2:30 pm Thursday at North Heights Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. W.C. Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Owen Funeral Home.

Cox was born May 29, 1947 in Teresita to Delbert and Ruby Thompson Cox. He married Barbara Stockton on Jan. 20, 1966 in Sapulpa. He was a machinist with Patty Precision Products. He was a resident of Sapulpa since 1974 when he came from Tulsa. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of the home; a son, Jason W. Cox, of the home; a daughter, Kelly Eddingfield, Tulsa; two brothers, Arthur Glenn Cox, Sand Springs, and Kennith George, Tulsa; two sisters, Sylvia Gibson, Tulsa, and Reba Brown, Claremore; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Eldean Timms in 1987.

The family will headquarter at 806 N. Main.
