Betty Jo Courtright, 64, 1008 Cleveland, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 1995 at St. John’s Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services were scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Curtis officiating.

She was born Aug. 10, 1932 in Ardmore to William A. and Bessie Upp Boldt.

Her career as a registered nurse spanned 45 years. She worked for Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

She came to Sapulpa in 1978 from Cushing. She was a member of Berean Fellowship Church, Tulsa.

Survivors include three sons, Mike Lindsey, Sapulpa; Greg Lindsey, Sand Springs and Patrick Lindsey, Tulsa; and seven grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 11707 W. 46th, Sapulpa. The family requests donations to be made to a charity of the givers choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
