Howard William CHURCHWELL, 71, Sand Springs, died Wednesday, July 5, 1995 at his home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at New Life Fellowship Church in Kellyville. Burial will be 4 p.m. Monday at Greenwood Cemetery, Yale, directed by Ninde Funeral Directors, Garden Chapel, Tulsa.

He was born July 9, 1924 in Non.

He retired as head of maintenance for Today’s Mobile Homes.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Josalee CHURCHWELL, of the home; two daughters, Mary Anna FRENCH, Coalgate, and Anita, Houston, Texas; a son, William Lee CHURCHWELL, Santa Anna, Calif.; his brothers, Don Howard CHURCHWELL, Elgin, Ill., and Earl Eugene CHURCHWELL, Eufaula; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Step-children, Jerry VOGT, Joseph Mac EUBANKS, Judy EUBANKS and Kelly EUBANKS, all of Kellyville; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
