JUANITA CHAMBERS
MOUNDS — Juanita Rose Chambers, 84, of Mounds died Monday at Ranch Terrace
Nursing Home.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mounds First Christian Church
with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.
Burial will be in South Heights
Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
The casket will not be opened at any time.
Casket bearers will be Mrs. Chambers grandsons, including Hal Suttle, Steve
Suttel, Rod Chambers, Jim Chambers, Bob Chambers and Robert L. Chambers Jr.
She was born Nov 10, 1917, and lived in Mounds for 50 years.
Mrs. Chambers was a member of the Mounds First Christian Church and Kiefer Order
of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest L. Chambers, and her son Jack
F. Chambers.
Survivors include son Robert L. Sr., of Sapulpa; daughters Margie C. Ferguson of
Tulsa and Betty C. Tyer of Grove, Okla.; sister Lillian Rollings of Mounds; 11
grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
