CARSON

Mrs. Jennie Carson, 78, 416 N. Elizabeth, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery.

She was born August 2, 1908, in Tate County, Miss. She came to Sapulpa in 1923. She was a member of the Ridgeway Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Harry in 1982.

Survivors include daughter Mrs. Virginia Pettit of Sapulpa; two grandchildren Gail Wright of Pargue, Okla., and David Pettit of Sapulpa; sister Mary White of Sapulpa; and four great-grandchildren.
