Carolyn Sue "Carol" CARR, 52, of Sapulpa died Wednesday, March 29, 1995 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sapulpa Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Bishop Sterling MING officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs with Owen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. CARR was born Feb. 9, 1943 in Tulsa to Cecil and Florence Blaylock GARDNER. She was a homemaker and a resident of Sapulpa for five years moving from Tulsa. She was a member of the Sapulpa Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Charles CARR Sr., of Sapulpa; two sons, Ray CARR Jr. of Sapulpa and David CARPENTER of Tulsa; two daughters, Donna CARR and Barbara SMITH, both of Iowa; her mother Florence FRAZIER of Sand Springs; five brothers, Cecil John GARDNER of Sand Springs, Calvin Junior STAFFORD of Kansas City, Claude Allen STAFFORD and Donald STAFFORD, both of Tulsa, and Sammy Dean THRASHER and six grandchildren.

Casketbearers will be Carl WOODEN, Calvin STAFFORD, Robert ADAMS, Sonny WOODEN, Ted TUCKER and Gary WENDEL.

The family will be headquartered at 1145 E. Jackson St.
