Helen Burns, 53, of Sand Springs, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 at Hillcrest in Tulsa. She was born Oct. 4, 1950 in Sulphur.

She is survived by her husband Forrest Burns, of the home. Funeral services are pending with Green Hill Funeral Home.

The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.
