BULLARD

David Ray Bullard, 31, Route 2, died Friday in Sapulpa.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Bullard was born April 18, 1956, in Porum, Okla., and he attended Porum schools.

Survivors include wife Tina; mother Dorothy Stout of Porum; sons Harold and David Jr. Both of the home, Keneth of Sand Springs; and daughters Ulonda of the home and Sandy of Sand Springs.

BULLARD

Graveside services for Mr. David Ray Bullard will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at South Heights Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Billings officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers will be Bill Ford, Leon Martin, Richard Martin, John Ward, Roger Matlock and Jeff Role.
