GLENPOOL — Jess Lee Bryant, 83, Glenpool, died Friday at the Glenpool Nursing Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, with the Rev,. Andrew Permenter officiating.

Hayhurst Funeral Home in Broken Arrow is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Bryant was born March 19, 1906, in Monett, Mo., moved from Tahlequah to Tulsa in 1967 and then to Glenpool in 1986. He was a retired grocer and farmer and a member of First United Methodist Church in Broken Arrow.

He married Nova Crystal Riley on April 20, 1927, in Wynona. She preceded him in death on July 20, 1988.

Survivors include daughter Mrs. John (Carolyn) Cockrum of Sapulpa; brother Carlos Bryant of Wynona, and one grandchild.
