Carl S. Brumley, 75, died Wednesday at his residence in Burbank.

There will be no visitation.

Closed casket graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 am Monday at Kellyville Cemetery in Kellyville.

Burial will follow at Kellyville Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Brumley was born in Oklahoma and has resided in Burbank for 36 years. He was a leadman with the Burbank Department of Water and Power for 18 years. He was a member of the Christian Church and of Paradise Lodge No. 290, F&AM of Plainville, Kan.

Survivors include a son, Daniel S. Brumley of Cameron Park, Calif., daughter, Karla J. Pappas of Sacramento, Calif; sisters, Goldie Allen of Burbank, Mary Ockerman and Bertha Williams of Sapulpa; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
