CURTIS BRUMLEY

Curtis Brumley, 84, 310 S. Taft, died Monday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Brumley was born Nov. 13, 1906, in Kellyville, and lived in this area most of his life. He was employed by the Sapulpa Police Department and the Creek County Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter Carolyn Smith of Danville, Va.; brother Clifford Brumley of Copan; sisters Bereda Burgess of Sapulpa and Violet Carbrree of Alton, Ill.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services for Curtis Brumley were held today in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial followed in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Survivors include sister Vereda Burgess of Sapulpa.

Casketbearers were Charlie E. Brumley, Charlie W. Brumley, Frankie Brumley, Donnie Brumley, Tommy Brumley and Ernest Brumley.

Honorary casketbearers were Tom Haeriff and Kenneth Lawson.

Mr. Brumley died Monday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.
