BROWN

Mrs. Charles (Elveta) Brown, 78, Sapulpa, died Friday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday under the direction of smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Dave Billings officiating.

Entombment will be at Green Hills Mausoleum.

Mrs. Brown was born Jan. 16, 1909, in Green Forest, Ark., and had lived in Sapulpa the past 45 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in October 1987.

She was a Baptist and worked as a waitress at the Beacon Drive-in.

Survivors include daughters; Joan Kelley of the home and Ella dose of Dallas, Texas; sister Nita of California; brothers, Clell Newman of Carthage, MO., and Neburn Newman of Riveria, Ariz; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
