TERESA BOOKER
Teresa Ann Booker, 34, of Preston, died Thursday in Tulsa.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev.
Charles Story officiating.
Burial will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery.
She was born Sep 28, 1957 in Sapulpa. She graduated from Sapulpa High School and
attended Okmulgee Tech. She was a member of Christ Fellowship Church in
Okmulgee.
Survivors include husband DeWayne; father Bob Tugman of Chouteau; mother Beverly
Knox of Halfway Mo.; sons Jason Kirby and Jonathan Booker of Preston; daughter Chastity
Booker of Preston; brothers Johnny Ray Glantz of Sapulpa and Darnell Ray Moats
of Conberse, La.; and sisters Marilyn Hanson and Tammy landmark, both of
Sapulpa.

Funeral services for Teresa Ann Booker were held today at Smith Funeral Chapel
with Rev. Charles Story officiating.
Burial followed in Okmulgee Cemetery.
Casketbearers were Tracy Snelson, Mark Hudson, Robert Flud, Bobby Snelson, Keith
Knox, Frank Roberds, Paul Landmark and Rodney Gray.
Mrs. Booker died Thursday at the Tulsa Cancer Care Center.
