LEONA BOLTON
Leona Gertrude Bolton, 76, Glenpool, died Wednesday at Glenpool Health Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Friday, at Regular Baptist Church in
Jenks with Rev. Troy Hayes officiating.
Burial will follow at Green Hills
Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Leona was born Nov 8, 1915. A long-time Jenks resident, she owned a grocery
store with her late husband, Preston, in Jenks. She was also employed as a nurse
at the Children's Medical Center. She was a member of the Regular Baptist
Church.
Survivors include a son, Karl Bolton of Bixby; daughter Edna Vanarsdel of
Kiefer, Zelona Bowman of Sapulpa, Mary Bowman of Dry Prong, La., Lorene Searcy
of Pauls Valley and Anna Lee of Kellyville; brothers Herman Bell of
Fayetteville, Ark., H. A. Bell of Kiefer, Jack Bell of Jay and Bobby Bell of
Glenpool; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at the Helen Lee residence in Bixby.

LEONA BOLTON
Funeral services for Leona Bolton were held at 10 am Friday in the Regular
Baptist Church in Jenks.
Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith
funeral Home.
Serving as casket bearers were Clyde Francisco, Harold Bolton, Howard Smith,
David Lee, George Bell and Lloyd Bell.
