Guy Wilson Blaylock, 69, native of Van Buren, Ark, resident of Porterville for 39 years and of Fresno for two years; member of the Pentecostal Church of God; husband of Leona; father of G. R. Blaylock, Glenda Parsley, Gwendolyn Smith, Barbara Mizell and Patricia Velie; brother of Glenn, Greer, Gleeson and Granville Blaylock and Grethel Elsworth and Gladys Fasso; grandfather of 13.

Services are at 10 am Monday in Myers Chapel followed by burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
