Ida Mae Black

The memorial service for Ida Mae Black will be at 2 pm today at Rogue River Assembly of God.

Mrs. Black, 79, of Rogue River, died Friday (Nov 16, 2001) at Royal Gardens Healthcare in Grants Pass.

She was born Ida Atchley on Dec 9, 1921, in Sapulpa, Okla. On Aug 27, 1941, in Las Vegas, she married James R. Black, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1974 from Las Vegas.

Mrs. Black was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Assembly of God.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a brother, William Atchley, Riverside, Calif.; and two sisters, Roberta Schlatter, Berkeley, Calif., and Jean Hedbloom, Monrovia, Calif. She was preceded in death by a brother.
