Bristow, Okla. — "Madd" Max Ellis Birk, 51, formerly of Joplin, Mo., passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2000. He was an oil production engineer.
Services will be on Saturday at Bristow First Church of God, Bristow. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home, Bristow.
