Blake Justiss Bingman, 13, died Saturday at St. Francis Tulsa.

Committal services 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at South Heights Cemetery. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Church with Dr. John Nelsen officiating. Smith Funeral Home directed arrangements.

He was born Sept. 11, 1981 in Tulsa.

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church where he had just completed confirmation classes. He was an Honor Student at Sapulpa Junior High. He played golf, basket6all and baseball, and was a member of a soccer team coached by his father. He had completed requirements for Life Scout in the boy Scouts of America.

Survivors include his parents, Brian and Paula Bingman, and two sisters, Annie and Rebecca, all of the home; his grandparents, John and Sally Bingman, Sapulpa, and Tom and-Elaine Benge, Sweetwater, Texas.

The family suggests donations be made to the Blake Bingman Memorial Youth Fund at the First Presbyterian Church of Sapulpa or to a favorite charity.

Memorial services for Blake Bingman were to be at 2 p.m. today in Sapulpa's First Presbyterian Church.

Dr. John Nelsen was to officiate. Interment preceded the service in South Heights Cemetery.

Casket bearers were T.J. Kennedy, Windy Davis, Richard Gearheard, Bennett Enfield, Robby Trammell; Clark Wiens, Steve Bilby, Jason Buck and Ed Wendlick.

Services were under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
